Análisis de las interferencias perjudiciales a las frecuencias del servicio móvil avanzado, provocadas por teléfonos inalámbricos- DECT utilizados en telefonía fija.

Abstract

It was analyzed the interference caused by DECT digital telephones, used in fixed telephony terminals in homes and/or companies on the frequencies of Advanced Mobile Service (SMA), 3Gy4G devices. To analyze the information, a register of interference was made and the affectations presented in addition, the radioelectric spectrum was measured to determine the range of wireless equipment that interferes with the base stations. In the research the non-experimental model was established since variables were not intentionally manipulated, only phenomena were observed in their environment for subsequent analysis, for which a spectrum analyzer was used among other equipment. The design of the research is cross-sectional because the characteristics of the variables were measured at an explicit moment, the same that allowed achieving the proposed objectives; it also presents a mixed approach, qualitative and quantitative. Through the use of the radiogoniometria, it was possible to determine the devices that cause the disturbances and it is concluded that the DECT telephones with European standard and other factors produce interference in the SMA. To prevent this phenomenon from arising, the following actions are recommended, among others: request the National Telecommunications Corporation (CNT) to conduct an information campaign so that users do not acquire DECT equipment with a European standard because its operating range is 1880 to 1920 MHz, also that the entrance to the country of the same ones is not allowed; request the ARCOTEL to create a resolution for the approval of DECT equipment and allow only American standard phones to be imported, because these do not produce interference, its range goes from 1920 to 1930 MHZ. The aim is to improve the quality of services delivered to the users that access the Advanced Mobile service and the fixed telephone users in the city and the country.
