Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una sucursal de Logística Rodríguez que preste servicios de comercio exterior en la ciudad de Riobamba

Abstract

The Project of feasibility for the creation of LOGISTICAL RODRIGUEZ´S branch that lends foreign commerce services in the city of Riobamba, to offer a correct advice customs officer toward importers and exporters of the town. Avoiding to move to the cities of Quito and/or Guayaquil being saved time and money, being able to make it directly. A market study was carried by means of which we could know and to determine the demand of the services related to the foreign commerce and the importer and exporter companies that require it. As the company to undertake in the town already has their execution in the city of I Quito, its branch will be named “LOGISTICA RODRÍGUEZ RIOBAMBA S. A.”; the same one that will be in charge of the Management together with the General Management (Womb) who will be the in charge ones of to analyze and implement according to the convenience, the regulatory schemes and regulations that will be accepted by the officials and employees. The financial study determines that the project is feasible and viable, according to the projections like the State of Results, General Balance and Flow of Effective; besides the indicators of applied projects as the Rate of Accepted Minimum Profitability, Net present value, Internal Rates of Return, Relationship Benefit/Cost and Breakeven point. The information and the investigated data are related to date current of the study the same ones that should be upgraded from way periodic according to the changes and advances of the market so that the company stays up-to-date and lend a better service
