Aplicación de una auditoría administrativa para el mejoramiento del uso de los recursos administrativos en el desarrollo de las labores profesionales en la Microempresa comercial de la “Fundación Runacunapac Yachana” (FRY) en la parroquia Simiátug, provincia de Bolívar, del segundo semestre del año 2010

Abstract

This technical memory is the Application of an Administrative Audit for Improving the Administrative Resources in the professional labor in the micro commercial company of “Fundación Runacunapac Yachana” (FRY) in Simiátug Parish, Guaranda Canton, and Bolivar Province. We used direct observation, FODA analysis, interviews, and questionnaire of internal control, survey, in addition bibliographic information and web pages which were implemented in the study. It consist on the Elaboration of an Operative Yearly Plan of the Organization, budgetary plan of the micro commercial company, Implantation of Human Resources System and Training Plan directed the Administrative Management, it will allow determining the correct action in front of the regulations and bylaws. The execution of the strategies will allow to the institution to improve the good environmental job, labor performance and strengthen the efficacy and efficiency in the administrative staff. We suggest constant training for chiefs, employees and this way to reach that the job team be efficient and fulfill the organization objectives.
