Elaboración de un Plan de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial en la Estación de Parahuacu de Petroproducción Distrito Amazónico.

Abstract

The importance of applying and keeping guard the Industrial Security Program and its accomplishment is the objective of the present investigation “ELABORATION OF AN INDUSTRIAL SECURITY AND HYGIENE PLAN AT THE STATION PARAHUACU OF PETROPRODUCCION DISTRITO AMAZÓNICO” targeted to design the different factors affecting the enterprise integrity: its human and physical aspect. Its purpose is reducing or controlling the risks to which they are exposed, carrying out measurements and inspections to different variables. The field investigation was carried out within the installations. Through the application of technical cards the actual situation is analyzed, and the triple criterion matrix is used for the risk evaluation and valuation being able to detect the deficiencies of the Parahuacu Station of PETROPRODUCCION OF THE AMAZONIC DISTRICT, in Industrial Security and Hygiene. From this analysis possible solutions are considered to counteract all the problems within the legal applicable framework. After being carried out the proposal, the prevention activities are considered, promoting security and knowledge through applicable policies, staff training and reorganization through signaling and the election of personal protection elements within each activity where risk is eminent. The correct application of the proposal will achieve a better development of the worker and therefore of the station image in the operation quality.
