Utilización de Aceite de Pescado en la Alimentación de Pollos hasta los 38 días de Edad y Evaluación de la calidad de carne

Abstract

In The neighborhood Sagrado Corazón de Jesus, parish Samanga, Ambato canton, province of Tungurahua, the estimation of the fish oil use in the feeding of chickens to the 38 days of age was carried out and evaluation of the quality of meat, shaped under a Design completely at random in bifactorial arrangement, applying 3 processing more 1 witness, 5 repetitions and in 2 consecutive trials and with 400 experimental units. In the evaluation to the 19 days, the addition of different oil levels of fish, to the balanced one if affected the productive behavior of the animals being the best final weights (417.34g), profits of weigh of (373.02g), and the best nutritional conversion (1.54), with the inclusion of 3.4% of fish oil, (T3).In the second phase it was developed (38 days), the best answers of final weight (1561.70g), profit of weight (1156.10), and the more efficient nutritional conversion (1.88), was reached with 3% of oil.In the total phase the best performance to the channel (84,78%) and the index of European efficiency (270,85), was registered in the processing T2, besides the addition of 3% of oil of fish, improves the organoleptic characteristics of the channel of the chicken where the flavor, smell and color were the ideal. Reason why it is recommended to use 3% of oil of fish since they were reported the best answer, in each one of evaluated phases.
