Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa exportadora y comercializadora de chocho para la ciudad de Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo año 2015

Abstract

This research is intended to carry out The Feasibility Study of the Creation of A Chocho Exportation and Comercialization Enterprise in Riobamba city from Chimborazo Province, in order to determine its feasibility and viability in regarding not only the environment population expectations it but also the satisfaction of the potential consummer needs. To cover several aspects contributing the right development of the feasibility stydy, the research methodology used accounts for three types of researchsuch as documental and bibliographical exploratory and field research enabling the study completion for the existent knowledge reinforcement by gathering the pertinent information in regarding this study proposal aim. The feasibility study consisted of a market reseaech to determine the potential market,the national an internatinal legislation study around the legal and administrative procedures involved in the proyect execution, the technical study in regarding the setting placement and process of the large and small scale production and its placement in the market, the economic and financial assessment to determine the long term economic, comercial and financial viability of the Enterprise determining a profitability of a 169% in the TIR wich represents a significant profit for entrepreneurs that decide to do this investment, in other hand its was determined a cost-benefit of $165 that is for every dollar invested there is a profit of $165 the environmental impacts study to determine the Project impacto on the environmet. The study results account for this Project long term economic, comercial and financial and administrative viabillity therefore its becomes likely Enterprise to generate labour stability and economic incomes and thus, it result advisable to star with the Project execution.
